Today I bring you one of my best green smoothie that is very easy to make. The Avocado Kiwi Smoothie is simply amazing and the tasty is just awesome. If you like a sweeter tasty you can add in honey
In my blog eating for a healthy PH level, I talked about how smoothies can be a good way to eat more alkaline fruits raws. If you find it hard to eat fruits or salads then smoothies would be a better alternative to make sure that you are not missing out on you vitamins and minerals from fruits and vegetables.
The mix of the creamy avocado with kiwi and lime is yummy
Kiwi Avocado Smoothie Ingredients:
1/2 ripe avocado
2 kiwi peeled
1/8 cup lime juice plus 1 tablespoon
1/8 cup – 1/4 cup Almond milk
1 tea spoon of moringa
Honey ( if you prefer a sweeter taste 1 teaspoon honey)
2-3 ice cubes
Directions:
- Place all the ingredients in the blender.
- Blend until creamy and smooth.
