This is a great start to a healthy diet, It is ideal if you are aiming at combining fruits,veggies and protein with a sweet and delicious taste. This smoothie is balance and easy to make. It is filled with nourishing ingredients and can be taken at any time of the day.
This is one of my favorite green smoothies. I like the fact that I get protein in the smoothie the easier way. The strawberries and oranges give it a sweet taste that requires no addition of sugar. If you hate the taste of spinach you are covered because the strawberries and oranges do out play the spinach even though the smoothies color is green strawberry and orange taste is the most that you will taste in this smoothie .
Ingredients
- 5-9 Fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 peeled orange
- 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
- 1 Cup of pure coconut water
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- 5-10 Cashew nuts
Method
- Place all ingredients in a blender. Blend until very smooth
- Serve and drink as needed
